Activities for a healthier, happy you

We aim to motivate, educate and inspire you to a healthier happier version of you during your stay with a variety of different activities to try. A guided timetable will be given on arrival at Homefield listing our talks, movies, food demonstrations, walks, exercise, yoga, relaxation classes, spa thermal usage and your treatment times. Do as much or as little as you like. Your needs come first and we will support you all the way.

Nutrition Talk

Health & wellness talks
Our health and wellness talks help cut confusion and offer practical and realistic advice that you can take away with you for your everyday life. Example topics include – How To Sleep Well, The Truth about Alcohol, Managing Stress and Secrets of Weight Loss.

Food demonstrations
These run throughout the duration of your stay and are a powerful tool in motivating you to make some simple healthy changes to your diet. Why not book a private session with one of our chefs and take home some new skills for life.

Nordic walking

Burn calories, relax your mind and feel invigorated with our morning Nordic walking. A stroll through nature is the perfect way to restore the soul and fall in love with movement. Your body will thank you and you’ll feel great for the rest of the day.

A wide selection of classes covering toning, stretching, circuits, core strength and general fitness. Your instructor is experienced in helping all levels of fitness. We make exercise fun and achievable.
