Homefield Granges detox in a box is the one I would highly recommend. The motivational videos are a great support and the daily planner is easy to follow and ensures you stay on track. M155L27 April 2025Verified Leaving feeling rested and reset Wonderful weekend reset. Juice options were really tasty, and great soup flavours in the evening kept me full throughout the whole cleanse. Morning walks were just perfect, and tried Nordic poles for the first time. Loved it so much will definitely be buying some of those! The exercise classes were pitched to all levels, and I felt like I got a great workout from each session. Leaving feeling reset and rested. I will be back. Neil a20 April 2025Verified Great place to detox and rest Very cozy little place for a few days of detox in the middle of fields. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the food was very good (I had the Light Diet) and we felt well looked after. The rooms are very well designed, comfortable beds. For couples I would recommend the rooms with king beds. We didn’t feel like we wanted a bath so we took a room with only a shower but regretted that as the bathroom was a little small. Tea and filtered, crystal infused water are free and available 24/7. Lovely spa, really enjoyed the hot sauna and steamroom, the kneipp area outside, treatments were lovely, there was a relaxing rest area and there is a water station as well. The light diet was excellent. Hands down the best vegetarian food I ever had. My partner was on the juice/soup diet and found it quite tasty. There were activities such as yoga and guided walks but we were too tired to try any of them. Had we stayed a little longer we would have engaged more. Heard good things from the other guests tho. This stay I did the five day weight loss Package and enjoyed the selection of inclusive therapies, in particular the green tea and mint body wrap. The facilities are luxurious and a nice way to meet other guests, most of whom are also solo. There are a range of activities offered, including Nordic walking every morning And well-being talks through the day. The days go by easily. Everybody gathers for a communal soup dinner in the dining room in the evening, this is a great and sociable occasion.
