Homefield Grange was created in 2004 by Naturopath, Nutritionist & Wellness Coach, Suzanne Peck. The dream of ‘Homefield’ began 14 years earlier due to a life changing encounter at a naturopathic health retreat in 1990. Watching the health of a fellow guest transform in just one week was the spark of inspiration that changed Suzanne’s life purpose forever. Amazed by the power of a healthy diet and a peaceful mind, she has built a place that offers the time and space to focus on helping others to live their best lives.
Suzanne believes that our health is truly our greatest gift. Homefield Grange puts that belief into practise.
The venue’s history
For hundreds of years Homefield Farm nestled gently amongst the pastures of the green fields of Northamptonshire countryside. Passed from generation to generation, it was the home to the dairy farmers and crop growers that worked and loved the surrounding land.
We welcomed our first guests through the gates of Homefield Grange in 2005. Since then our dedicated team have helped thousands of people take back control of their bodies and regain their confidence and self-worth.

Seeing those changes happen as our programmes work their magic is uplifting and inspirational. We love seeing the results that can be achieved in such a short space of time. Our values and beliefs run through each and every retreat programme and we take a holistic approach to wellbeing. We believe that success for health comes from making easy and simple changes.
We recognise the importance of nourishing the gut with hormone and blood sugar balancing foods. Simple carbs, refined sugars and stimulants are removed from the diet to gain freedom from cravings and overeating and restorative therapies are used to rest and heal the body.
We believe in improving the body’s ability to let go of stress, anxiety, tension and worry. Allowing space to nurture sleep and build resilience for life, by strengthening the mind using meditation, sound bowl therapy and breath work.
Homefield Grange is run by full time health and wellness professionals, including Naturopaths, Nutritionists, Wellness Coaches, Fitness Trainers, Yoga/Meditation Instructors, and Health Chefs, all supported by an equally important auxiliary staff of housekeepers, who take care of it’s residents 24 hours a day. A ‘front of house’ team endeavour to ensure that our clients are treated as valued guests.
Many of our team members have been working together for years. They are highly trained, experienced and insured. This means that you can feel safe in concentrating on your own health goals, whilst being looked after in a harmonious environment. We operate all year round, which ensures that you benefit from our commitment and experience.
