It’s now an established fact that the food you eat and the nutrient intake of your diet plays a massive role in how you look and feel.
Nutrients, chemicals, preservatives, and colourings have a strong influence on the function of your body and a bad diet really is a serious risk factor for a number of diseases.
Our nutritional therapy session is aimed at promoting your health from the inside out. A happy gut, means a happy you.
You’re a unique individual and your nutritional needs are also going to be totally unique. We can help you find out what is right for you.
Our nutritionists at Homefield are trained in complementary medicine and are registered practitioners with the governing body in the UK called BANT, (British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy). Rest assured we understand the link between your diet and the presenting problems you may be experiencing.
We can help you make sense of the conflicting and confusing advice out there and give your body a clear picture of what it needs. You may be experiencing problems relating to your skin, digestion, stress, allergies, low energy, fatigue and stress.
It could be you need to lose some weight or you need advice about a chronic illness.
We would never recommend nutritional therapy as a replacement for your doctors’ advice, however we have found from experience that knowing the right foods to eat plays a powerful role in supporting and enhancing your health and wellbeing.
"My skin is clearer, my weight has dropped, my mind has switched off and after a week at Homefield I am ready to take on the world"*
I have just completed my third stay at Homefield Grange, the last one being 18 months ago. I can honestly say that I have never had such an enjoyable or beneficial week’s holiday. I feel fit, energised and so well rested and relaxed. Homefield was its usual cocoon of care and luxury. All the staff on hand can’t do enough and really care about us all as individuals. The group was supportive and so friendly; it’s just been like a week’s country house (healthy) party. Having recently lost a lot of weight I was in a good position to take advantage of everything on offer, and the programme has been honed to perfection over the years. The mix of food, exercise, education and pampering is spot on. Since I last came the big thing for me has been the introduction of Decleor products in the treatment rooms. I had a Decleor aromatherapy massage and facial, and both were to die for. For anyone thinking of coming-just do it! I will be back early next year.
It was wonderful to be able to find somewhere to go in the UK that is such a high standard a real 5* health experience. The staff were lovely, everyone so friendly and helpful. I’ve been a detoxer for years, and yet I've learnt a lot of new things, especially kitchen time spent with Hans, learning a new way of raw food cooking which I’ll be using all the time… the food, honestly is just delicious and fresh. Live blood analysis was amazing……..I saw a huge shape change in a week (a lot of exercise went into it too) and have booked again already!*
"I came for a detox, and left with a fabulous Lifestyle change. After a week I was lighter, brighter and cleansed. I've been making smoothies ever since, and it really shows. Thanks Homefield" *
I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Homefield Grange. Such a warm welcome and relaxing atmosphere as soon as you arrive. Sara my therapist was very friendly and professional. First she undertook a free skin analysis to understand my skin issues. Then Sara explained the HydraFacial treatment in layman terms so I understood exactly what would be happening. Also Sara was happy to answer all of my questions. The experience was very relaxing and pain free and the results were fantastic. My skin immediately felt firmer and my soft lines vanished. After my HydraFacial my face looked relaxed and my skin was glowing. For anyone wanting to support their skin care regime with a regular facial then this treatment is an absolute must. I thoroughly recommend the HydraFacial treatment at Homefield Grange.
