Your day will be filled with inspiration, motivation and relaxation. From exercise classes, food demos, health talks, amazing treatments on offer and the use of a beautiful wellness spa – be as relaxed or busy as you feel is right for you. Everything at Homefield is optional, however we will support you all the way.**

7am onwards Wake up your liver with hot water and lemon slices, followed by your detox breakfast option, (light diet or juices)

7.45am Breathe in some fresh air with our country Nordic walking session.

9.00am Burn some calories in our cardio class, or relax your mind with our morning yoga stretch (classes alternate).

10am Treatments

12noon Detox lunch options (light diet or juices).

12.30pm Food demonstration

1.00pm Treatments

4.30pm Afternoon cleansing juices

6.00pm Health talk of the day, or a relaxing exercise or yoga class depending on the instructor/practitioner on duty

6.30pm Yoga (most evenings)

7.30pm Dinner served (homemade soup)

8.15pm Evening movie
