Who is The Ladies Luxury Bootcamp for?
Homefield’s Bootcamp is a fully inclusive bootcamp weekend designed by women for women. It is suitable for all ages, abilities and fitness levels. Experienced instructors will ensure that you are motivated to your own limits, cared for and classes adapted to suit accordingly.
Who is it run by?
Your weekend will be lead by Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach, Anna Brake, and Wellness Coach, Naturopath & Nutritionist, Suzanne Peck. (Read the full bios of your team under ‘Your Trainers For The Bootcamp’ ) – however we can assure you that all of Homefield’s team from the chefs to the house keepers will make your stay enjoyable, fun and certainly results driven.
When does the Ladies Luxury Bootcamp start and finish?
The Ladies Luxury Bootcamp starts from 3pm on Friday and finishes with an included lunch on Sunday.

Our Ladies Only Luxury Bootcamp Weekend would suit you if you wanted to focus on weight loss, inch loss, need to get back in control of your eating and drinking and would like to attend a fun, motivational and life changing weekend.
You will be able to take part in a wide selection of fabulous fitness classes as well as relaxing in our fabulous wellness spa and perhaps pampering yourself with a lovely massage or two.
What is our approach in putting this package together?
Successful weight loss and lifestyle change is not just about diet and exercise. You need the right mind set to continue your journey, therefore we have combined the skills of our Wellness Coach and our Group and Personal Fitness Trainer who will ensure your weekend is transformational for mind and body.

Will I cope/Feeling Anxious/Not done this before
Only 12 guests per Ladies Luxury Bootcamp will be attending your weekend, so you can be assured that your time with us will be personable and attentive. It will be an ideal chance to focus on your health and wellbeing in safe and well practised hands.
A member of our team will be with you on call 24 hours a day. We truly support you all the way and do all the work for you, so you can truly enjoy a transformational weekend for your mind and body. Nothing is forced upon you, so you can do as much as you would like.
Am I made to do everything?
Absolutely not. Some clients need more relaxation time and that is fine – you can take part in whatever feels right for you. We are going to really encourage you, but never force you.
Can I come on my own?
Come by yourself or with a friend, either way you will be treated as our valued guest.
What is the average age?
Our age range has varied widely from 18 years, (minimum age) to 76 years of age.
What will I eat and drink?
Your food plan is portion controlled, free from wheat, gluten, refined sugars, dairy and meat. Our chef will prepare all your meals for you which are designed to nourish you at a cellular level and reduce cravings.

In addition to your two lead trainers, you will be supported by our amazing chefs, front of house team and our lovely housekeepers. Let us introduce to you the ladies who will be helping to change your lives!
Suzanne has been running Homefield Grange for the last 15 years and knew from a young age that her vocation was in health, fitness and wellbeing. She loves inspiring, educating and motivating healthy ways of living. She always gets very excited by the transformation changes she sees every week in Homefield’s clients.
Suzanne is a Naturopathic Practitioner, qualified Health & Weight Loss Coach, a registered Nutritionist, Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. She has particular interests in Women’s Health and Weight Loss. Her practical and realistic advice will help inspire you to draw a line under negative ways of eating and drinking and give you the right mind set to achieve your goals.
Suzanne’s hobbies are rambling, interior design, reading and walking her two adored dogs George the Portuguese Water Dog and Maisie Moo the Cockerpoo.
Your qualified Personal Trainer has a passion for helping people build their confidence and is a fabulous motivator, no matter what your fitness level.
“I was never sporty as a child, but after a health condition led me to put on a lot of weight in my early 20’s, I realised I needed to do something. I began exercising, improved my diet, which not only helped me shift the weight, but left me feeling healthier and happier. My passion is helping other ladies feel confident and great about themselves.

2pm – 5.30pm Spa Usage, Treatment time if requested
5.30pm Welcome Meeting. A big welcome to Homefield. We want to help you feel at home with us right away, so pop along to our welcome meeting and we can run through with you exactly what is happening for your great weekend ahead.
6.00pm Yoga & Deep Relax. Release all your cares and worries and get your mind and body ready for the weekend ahead.
7am to 8am The Fat Burner. Start the day right with this total body, high energy training session. Those excess pounds won’t stand a chance! (Of course there will be modifications to suit all abilities).
8am to 8.45am. Healthy Breakfast. Relax and enjoy a light health breakfast that will fuel your cells and balance your hormones.
9am to 10.30am. Nordic Walking. An effective low impact, calorie burning full body workout. A fabulous way to get back to nature as you power walk through beautiful countryside adjacent to the retreat. So many of our guests end up joining Nordic Walking clubs after they try this session!
10.30am to 11am. Enjoy a small but nourishing snack to refuel before your next session.
11am to 12.30pm. Circuit training to lose those wobbly bits. This full body workout focusses on cardio and strength. In this session you will use your own body weight as well as a range of equipment to burn the most fat possible and tone your muscles.
12.30pm to 1.30pm. Relax for an hour and replenish with a freshly prepared healthy and tasty lunch, made by our fabulous chefs, (wheat, gluten, sugar, diary and meat free).
1.30pm to 2.30pm. Body Conditioning. This class will concentrate on your core, the stomach, hips and bottoms. Feel that waist returning!
2.30pm to 6pm. Time now to soothe those tired muscles in our amazing wellness spa, lowering stress levels and aiding relaxation. Why not enjoy a massage or a pampering facial. You deserve it!
6.00pm to 7.30pm. Yoga Stretch and Meditation. Your instructor will ensure that your body is aided to recovery with gentle yet effective stretches. Let your cares and worries drift away with a deep relaxation journey that will ensure a good nights sleep.
7.30pm. Dinner. You’ll certainly enjoy this delicious, nutrient packed light meal, whilst chatting to new friends.
8.30pm – 9.15pm Health & Weight Loss Coaching. Get your mind in the zone for success.
7am to 8am Fat Burner. Rise and shine ready for your second fat burner session of the weekend. Boost your metabolism and earn your breakfast!
8am to 8.45am Breakfast. Enjoy your healthy breakfast, freshly prepared by our resident chefs.
9am to 9.30am Boxercise. A one hour session designed to make you sweat! Burn those calories big time with this powerful full body workout. You’ll certainly leave this class feeling strong.
10am to 11am. The Finisher. This class is going to be a fantastic final session to end your bootcamp weekend. Challenge your body as you cross the finishing line to looking fitter, feeling stronger and lighter.
11am to 11.30am. Time to shower, pack and check out of rooms.
11.30am. Final get together to enjoy a going home lunch!
