Ingredients
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced using a mandolin
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup agave nectar
- 1 teaspoon Himalayan crystal salt
Instructions
- Combine ingredients, put in a glass jar, and allow to sit on the kitchen counter for 8 hours, before refrigerating
Notes
- Store in a glass jar in the fridge for up to 1 week
