Our wellness retreats are built around nourishing, whole foods designed to restore energy, build resilience to stress, and improve gut health. Guests can choose our ‘Botanical’ plant based menu or our ‘Nourish’ programme with carefully sourced lean animal proteins. Our menus remove wheat, gluten, and refined sugars, allowing the body space to reset, reduce inflammation, regain energy and balance hormones.

We aim to help balance your blood sugar levels, curb cravings and help boost your immune by looking after your gut health. Good health begins at a cellular level. Proper nutrition will help you think, feel and look great.

Our meals are prepared fresh daily using local growers and organic as our first choice. Meals are free from refined sugars, wheat, gluten, and refined sugars. We focus on quality over quantity. We remain a stimulant and alcohol free retreat.

Juice detox fasting option
A pure juice detox option using a combination of vegetables and a little fruit can also be chosen to enjoy a deeper, more intense detox. A juice cleanse is designed to flood the cells with nutrients, allowing the digestive system to rest and divert the body’s energy to renewing at a cellular level.
