People often ask ‘What is the secret to losing weight?’ when they see a friend drop a few dress sizes, or they have a target date that they want to lose weight in time for. We see so many ads for ‘miracle weight loss pills’, or diets that have helped celebrities to lose weight and plenty of people are happy to part with their hard earned cash in the hope that they too can shed the pounds.
Research just published in the journal Environmental Research reports on a study which tested the urine of four racially and geographically diverse American families after eating their usual diet of conventional food for 6 days, and then after a controlled diet of all organic food for a further 6 days.

It’s a fact that by the middle of January, 84% have broken every promise made about how much healthier, better, fitter, slimmer, we were going to become in 2019!
