Expertise: Debbie is a highly experienced practitioner and has a wealth of practical health and wellness knowledge.  Trained yoga instructor, mindfulness teacher, qualified in Live Blood Analysis, Colonic Hydrotherapy, Stress Management, Intolerance Testing and a knowledgeable raw food advocate.

Passion in life:

My children, (who are now grown up).  I believe that health and happiness go hand in hand together if you want to get the best from life.  I love to inspire and educate clients, family and friends in looking after yourself well.

Hobbies:

I love walking my gorgeous Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier called Paddy.  I love doing my yoga practise and enjoy mindfulness meditation.  I enjoy spending time with friends and family and also love curling up and losing myself in a good book.

I love seeing our guests embracing the Homefield programme and seeing the change that happens to them day by day, not just in the physical but the emotional as well. By the end of their stay with us, they positively glow from the inside out.
