7.45am: Nordic Walking

9.00am: Fit For Life Cardio Class or Yoga (varies daily)

10.00am: Stretch/Meditation (varies daily)

12.00 noon: Lunch option (juices/smoothie/food)

12.30pm: Food Demo/Practical Session (let our resident chef/nutritionist give you some top tips)

1.00pm: Treatments

2.00pm Optional Miso Drink

4.00pm: Optional Afternoon juice

6.00pm: Often run a talk of the day (Nutrition/Diet/Lifestyle Advice)

7.30pm: Dinner Served (home made soup)
