Weekend Detox

For those of you with limited time, our weekend packages are a great way to kick start weight loss and finding a new healthier you.

Your room is ready from 4.00pm onwards for your weekend programme.  A vegetable broth is served at 6.00pm and we have either yoga/tai chi/talk starting at 7.00pm. 

Each morning you will start the day with an exercise session between 9.00am – 10.00am, (optional). Your treatments begin on Saturday morning and the weekend finishes with a delicious salad served at 4.00pm.  (We can offer packed lunches for those of you that would like to depart earlier).

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOUR ARRIVAL TIME IS LATER THAN 7.00PM YOU WILL NEED TO FIND ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATION FOR THAT EVENING.

Your treatments begin on Saturday morning and the weekend finishes with a delicious salad lunch on Sunday.  Feel lighter and brighter in one weekend.

• G5 Lymphatic/Cellulite Treatment (30 mins)
• Liverpack (Castor Oil and heat applied to stomach area)
• Colonic Hydrotherapy/Enema (carried out by a qualified practitioner)
• Body Brush/Scalp Massage (30 mins)
• Personal Body Brush
• Exercise Class (tai chi/yoga/circuit/pilates) depending on instructor
• Use of Gym (Treadmill/Cycle/Cross Trainer/Weights/Rebounder/Inversion Board)
• Infra Red Sauna
• Dressing Gown/Towels provided for stay
• Full Supplementation during stay (superlec/psyllium husk/milk thistle/organic barley/aloe vera/colon support/flaxseed oil)
• Herbal Teas
• Purified and filtered water
• Two nights accommodation (all rooms have full sky channels/dvd player)
