Intensive Detox/Weight Loss Programme

Our Intensive Detox/Weight programme runs fifty weeks of the year and begins on a Monday at 12.00 noon and finishes after a delicious lunch on Friday. Our programme offers education, pampering, weight loss and detoxification in luxury surroundings, supported by a qualified team of nutritionists and naturopaths. A health check and induction talk begins your week, followed by daily exercise classes, talks on healthy living, weight loss and nutrition, first class treatments and raw food demonstrations.

A typical day begins with a cleansing fresh fruit salad, or juice, followed by an exercise class (optional), continuing with treatments included in the programme as well as any additional treatments you may like to book.
