Try to prepare for your detox by reducing stimulants such as tea, coffee, alcohol and junk foods. Be mindful about how much wheat, gluten and sugar you consume on a daily basis.
Drink plenty of water and begin to mentally prepare for your detox by reflecting on the benefits you will gain for your health and your body.
Concentrate your diet as much as you can on salads, soups, vegetables, brown rice, and fruit.
