Intensive Programme

Our Intensive Programme runs every week, commencing Monday arrival 12.00noon ONWARDS and finishes after lunch on Friday. 

This programme is educational and pampering, as well as being effective in promoting weight loss, detoxification, clearer skin, better health and a positive attitude towards your body's nutritional needs.  Our programme is based around fresh juicing, with additional raw food if required. 

A typcial day could be two juices and a vegetable broth in the evening for a pure liquid cleanse, or fresh fruit salad/yoghurt and raw salads for lunch, with broth in the evening.  You can decide once you get here.

• 1 Colon Hydrotherapy Treatment carried out by a registered & professional practitioner (extra treatments available if needed)
• Liverpack (Castor Oil Packing with Heat)
• Body Brush/Scalp Massage (30 mins)
• G5 Lymphatic & Cellulite Treatment (30 mins)
• Various Classes throughout week (Yoga/Tai Chi/Meditation/Circuit/Walking) depending on instructor
• Royal Thai Detox Treatment
• Aqua Detox (foot spa that cleanes the system)
• Dressing Gowns/Towels/Hairdryers provided for stay
• Herbal Teas/Purified Water/Full supplementation to support detox (organic barley/superlec/aloe vera/psyllium husk/colon support/milk thistle)
• Nutritional Talk
• Prufied Water/Juices/Broths/Salads
• Use of Gym (Cross trainer / treadmill /infra red sauna / cycle / rebounders / weights)
• 4 nights accommodation (all rooms have full sky channels/dvd players)
• Personal Body Brush
• One months supply of Probiotics (Nutrigold)
