What’s a typical Day?

Watch our video on a typical day at Homefield, however nothing is compulsory. We’re not a boot camp, so you do as much or as little as you like. Clients come to us for different reasons – perhaps you need to enjoy a clean diet, chill out and sleep.  Some of you may wish to work on your fitness levels and lose weight – others may really want to concentrate on the detoxing, have colonics and sort out digestive issues.  Some of you may want it all!  Nothing is expected of you – however, if you want results, then we suggest you follow our guidelines and show up for everything.

Can I come on my own?

Of course you can. Most of our clients come by themselves. Frequently guests also come with partners, family members or friends. However you come, you’ll be well looked after and achieve great results.

How do I book additional therapies?

If you’re attending our Ultimate and Intensive packages, your treatments will be booked after your consultation with your practitioner on arrival. If you’ve selected a Weekend Taster Package, a booking form will be sent to you with your confirmation. Weekend guests need to book treatments in advance of their stay via email or by telephone.

How Much Weight Will I lose?

Well, it depends on how much of our programme you attend during your stay. Our highest recorded weight loss for one client was on our Ultimate programme. He lost a whopping 22lbs in one week! Our practitioners would recommend that you regard Homefield as the beginning of your weight loss journey. It’s not just about what you achieve during your stay. The true value of your time at Homefield is that you kick start weight loss, but you also improve your diet, your energy and your health, for life.

How do I get to Homefield?

Although we’re set in lovely countryside, our venue is set in Northamptonshire, central to the UK. We’re under an hour from London and easily accessible from many major cities. Birmingham, East Midlands, Stansted and Luton airports are all less than an hour by car. East Midlands trains operate a regular direct service from St Pancras to Kettering and we’re an easy 10 minute taxi ride away from Kettering Station.

On booking we’ll send you important information about preparing for your stay, to help you achieve the best results possible during your time with us.

What do I bring with me?

A full list of useful items will be sent to you with your booking email confirmation.

Which Programme is Right for me, Ultimate, Intensive or Weekend Taster?

Your choice of package is totally individual and dependant on finance, time, desired goals and availability. The Ultimate programme (Monday-Sunday), is our included treatment package and achieves the highest level of weight loss. It’s perfect for breaking negative eating or drinking patterns and establishing healthier ways of living. Returning clients often “top up” with our Intensive and Weekend packages. However any of our programmes could be regarded as an investment in your health and therefore totally worthwhile.

What if I’m Taking Medication?

Do not stop medication and bring adequate supplies to continue your treatment during your stay.

If you have any concerns regarding your suitability in following a healthy exercise and eating programme, we suggest you speak with your doctor before booking. We would be happy to speak to your practitioner on the phone, or via email.

What if I want to stay longer?

For our standard arrival dates, please book on line or ring us direct. If you have a specific date request, want to stay longer, or have any other query, our co-ordinators will be happy to help. Reception hours are 10am am to 4.00pm daily, seven days a week. What if I Cant Attend Last Minute?

Please read our terms and conditions before making any booking confirmation.  If you cant attend last minute, we will do our best to re-sell your room and offer you your money back, minus a £100 admin charge.  In the event that we cannot sell your room, you will forfeit your money – so sorry…

We recommend you look at travel insurance, just like with any other holiday.
