Weekend 3 Day Detox
Our 3 Day Weekend Detox is a popular choice at our award winning spa, offering clients the motivation to healthier ways of eating and living, using either a natural healthy eating plan or juice fasting. The weekend 3 Day detox is perfect for rejuvenation, time out, helps to prevent cravings and quickly brings a sense of well being to the body. A true break for some “me time” in a supportive, luxury venue with no temptations to hinder your goals. Rooms are ready from 2.00pm on Friday, and your evening begins with an induction talk and the benefits of healthy living, followed by an exercise class and dinner of a delicious soup.
Saturday treatments begin after your chosen breakfast with breaks for lunch and dinner options, (juicing or healthy eating plan). Enjoy an early night in your luxury bedroom, or settle down and enjoy “movie night” on our large cinema screen in our cosy lounge.
Sunday begins with an exercise session followed by your breakfast option and relaxing therapies booked continuing until lunchtime when your programme ends.
For an additional £100 you can extend your detox and choose to stay another night checking out after breakfast on the Monday morning.
